Shipping Policy

At GalaxDream our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Deliveries to the USA are the fastest and usually take only a few days (typically 6-12 days)

International deliveries usually take about 10-21 business days, processing and shipping time included. Some of our products ship within only a few business days depending on your location as we may have a warehouse nearby. Please refer to the product page for more details about the shipping time of a specific product.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1.  Processing

It includes the order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We send your order to the dispatch line within 24 hours (1 business day) after the order is placed. The processing time can take an additional 2–4 business days although it is often done within 24h. We sell high-demand products so it can take some time to process and ship your order due to the high volume.

2. Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. 

US orders are shipped by e-packet or USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. 

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 16 business days to arrive at their destination. As previously mentioned, fast shipping products may arrive to your delivery address in less than a week.

Please note that shipping time depends on the country in which we send products. Deliveries to the USA are the fastest and usually take only a few days. 

To thank you for your flexibility, for a limited time you get free transportation costs when you reach the minimum order size threshold of $50 or in the event of a temporary promotional offer. Usually we charge $6.95 USD for shipping under this threshold.


You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. 

GalaxDream is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsability of GalaxDream to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, you might expect a customs charge as a percentage of the total cost of the purchase. GalaxDream is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

About International Orders & Deliveries during COVID-19

GalaxDream ships internationally, but delivery times may be longer than usual.

Current exceptional cicumstances may cause some delays in transit, for example new border controls, reduced air freight capacity in the market, local protective regulations and quarantine measures may all impact our shipping/delivery times.
